You must read and accept this Clickwrap Agreement by clicking “accept” where indicated in the text box surrounding this document prior to paying for and downloading the Subscription Content (as defined below). If you somehow bypass the “accept” feature and download the Subscription Content without clicking “accept,” your act of downloading the Subscription Content constitutes acceptance of the terms of this Clickwrap Agreement and the License Agreement. If you do not agree with all terms of this Clickwrap Agreement, click “reject” where indicated in the text box surrounding this Agreement and do not access or download the Subscription Content.
You agree that unless you purchase an enterprise license to the Subscription Content by executing a separate Enterprise License Agreement, the “Subscriber” shall, for the purposes of the License Agreement, be limited to the single individual human person who clicks “accept” where indicated in the text box below (even if payment is made by credit card issued to a third party, including, but not limited to, that person’s employer) and that no other person shall have any rights in the Subscription Content. As noted in the License Agreement, Subscribers may not copy, share, or redistribute Subscription Content to any other person or entity, even if employed by the same company as Subscriber. Such actions would be a violation of the License Agreement and may form the basis for civil legal action or criminal prosecution for copyright infringement.
DO NOT SEND YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IN ANY E-MAIL MESSAGE TO COMPANY OR ANY COMMUNICATION OTHER THAN THE SECURE ORDERING FEATURE FOR THIS SITE.
YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE AND A PROPERLY LICENSED SECURITIES OR INVESTMENT PROFESSIONAL TO PURCHASE A LICENSE TO SUBSCRIPTION CONTENT. IF YOU ARE NOT 18 YEARS OF AGE AND PROPERLY LICENSED SECURITIES OR INVESTMENT PROFESSIONAL, LOG OUT OF THE SITE AND DO NOT PURCHASE A LICENSE TO THE SUBSCRIPTION CONTENT.
By purchasing a license from Life Strategies Analytics, Inc. d/b/a lsaportfolios.com (“Company”) to the Subscription Content that you are preparing to download from the Site, you acknowledge and agree that:
i. The Company’s License Agreement, which is set forth in the frame below, and a copy of which currently appears at www.lsaportfolios.com/license (the “License Agreement”);
iv. The Company’s Return and Refund Policy, which currently appears at www.lsaportfolios.com/refund (the “Return and Refund Policy”).
Subscriber agrees that the appropriate subscription charges will be billed to the credit card provided by Subscriber to Company for the applicable pricing plan chosen. All subscriptions to Subscription Content are recurring and Subscriber need not take any action to continue a subscription. The subscription period billing cycle begins on the Subscription Content license purchase date. If Subscriber wishes to subscribe for a longer recurrent term than originally subscribed, Subscriber may re-subscribe for the longer chosen term at any time by sending a message to email@example.com requesting Company to cancel Subscriber’s prior term and signing up for the new term requested. Company will adjust Subscriber’s account and charge Subscriber’s credit card accordingly to assure continuous provision of Subscription Content.
The Company has a zero tolerance policy for fraudulent chargebacks. When a chargeback that is considered fraudulent is received from Company’s merchant bank or payment processor, Company will reserve the right to immediately suspend Subscriber’s account until the chargeback request has been formally resolved between Company and the merchant service authority. Company reserves the right to cancel any subscription at any time for any reason without financial consequence.
Subscriber shall pay Company all fees incurred in accordance with Company’s billing terms. Company may, in its sole discretion, change the amount of the subscription fee upon renewal without prior notice to Subscriber. Subscriber agrees to pay all costs incurred by Company in collecting overdue fees from the Subscriber, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney’s fees and costs of collection.
Refunds shall be provided only in accordance with the Company’s Return and Refund Policy.
The terms of the License Agreement are set forth below.
I accept the terms of this Clickwrap Agreement and all terms and conditions incorporated by reference into it, including (but not limited to) the License Agreement.
I reject the terms of this Clickwrap Agreement, and receive no license to the Subscription Content.
